A lovely getaway if only for one evening—a beautiful area—we were treated to a special sight at Nubble Lighthouse, the surf was crashing on the rocks and each time it receded it left a wonderful little rainbow. It has been our pleasure discovering this gem of an inn through Lonely Planet—the writers certainly weren’t kidding when they described the place as “sweet”. This was our first time in Maine and in a B&B. And we had a very memorable time. Our hosts were gracious and informative. Breakfast was delicious!
